Dublin's Pubs - A Walk Down Memory Lane - Doheny & Nesbitt, Baggot Street

My favourite pub for watching rugby. Let's hope that the Six Nations will go ahead in 2021 ! A magnificent and unique example of a Victorian Pub, dating back to 1867. The main bar retains the original counter, almost all the fittings are from the 19th century including carved timbers, aged wooden floors and papier-mâché ceilings. The barmen are old school and demand reverence, can't wait to see them again !
